Pros

Lots of smart people who are willing to mentor you to help you work your way up. Competitive pay. Good health benefits.

Cons

Mass layoffs are putting more work on who is left. Return to office mandate with some offices not equipped for the amount of employees. Office is very outdated. It’s clear that this mandate is to get people to leave without paying severance. Leaders give insane guilting speeches basically saying “people would die to work here, so suck it up.” Telling us to get out and that we’re replaceable if we don’t like RTO, and that we were treated well during COVID, so now it’s time to give back to company without any pay increase. Not all of us were here then and not all of us want to sacrifice our family for a job. Only positive of this is that at least they’re being transparent about how much they don’t care about employees. All of this is causing low morale, gossip, and anxiety.
