Pros

Benefits are good. Pay could be better. Some are the people are ok.

Cons

No teamwork. Everyone is for themselves. The management sucks. They don't do their jobs and expect other people to do theirs and don't check up anyone's work to make sure they did do it or that it's being done correctly. No one can make a decision. Everyone just wants to talk about problems with no solutions. Atmosphere is good old boy mentality. It's not about who works and does their job well and being promoted. Too many managers and supervisors and made up positions. You don't need 3 managers to do the same job nor do you need 3 supervisors doing the same job which no one does anyway. What is a morale officer ? And why do you need one? And why are they making $50000 a year to come in and boost the driver's up. Too many remote people sitting at home getting a check doing nothing but video calls here and there. I have never seen such a waste of money and just how bad a company could get until coming here.
