Pros
Flexible and focused on work / life balance Great people, even if not the best at what they do. Everyone wants to do the right thing

Everyone wants to do the right thing, but that can mean very different things from person to person... especially new board and CEO. Pay was ok, but incentive bonuses over the past few years were not as good as when I started. My manager's manager was my manager... no trust in the mid-level managers or individual contributors to make decisions and, it turns out, there really isn't much room to "fail fast" and learn from mistakes.
