Pros
I got out before severance pay and other benefits were cut. All hell broke loose when C-Suite was replaced but historic C-Suite was a disaster.
Cons
Many layoffs occur at least twice a year for the past several years of mostly long tenured employees. Leads to employees' day-to-day anxiety from thinking about when their job will be "restructured."
