Pros
Really enjoying working in the Software Division. Strong teamwork and people work hard to help each other. Management is open to feedback and you can easily network. CEO Marc Lautenbach very smart and focused. High degree of confidence in senior management. The PB brand is excellent and very well regarded in the marketplace. We have some great solutions and product marketing is catching up and laying an excellent road map to sell.
Cons
Very impatient. We change sales structure and account assignments almost every year. Very disruptive (in a bad way) and hard to maintain customer relationships. The Salesforce implementation is awful and not helpful at all to store information in. Many salespeople are paid far too well to simply renew data licenses and renegotiate term licenses instead of selling!
