Good work/life balance, ability to work from home in most positions, decent benefits. Friendly interaction among sales teams and b-level employees
Cons
Lacking structure and future development, moving into the IT solutions world a bit too late.. Began to see company not putting enough emphasis on retaining employees with continual pay cuts and decreases in commission as a result of dying mail volumes and opportunities.
