They are always hiring (also a negative in the long term) Decent benefits if you a full time employee (not temp/hourly/on call, etc.)
Cons
Unequal pay to work completed Advancement in responsibilities, pay not increased respectively Make promises that are "forgotten" Very manipulative No merit rewards permitted Unreasonable work expected with excessive critical feedback Technology/Software 5-15 years behind.
