      Good pay, good schedule

      Cons

      So much favoritism, management is terrible don't act like management, very hard to advance unless u r buddy busy with the boss, cold during the winter, very busy, people are all jerks, would never recommend anyone to work there EVER, if anything happens in the work place they try to cover it up

      Pros

      Flexible hours to an extent Unlimited sick and personal days for salary Health benefits being paid for is nice- but the quality has gone down recently

      Cons

      Pay was terrible Profit share was less than stellar compared to other companies retirement plans 10 days PTO for 4-5 years is not nearly enough Management has horrible communication in Vehicle Maintenance Said they’d match an employment offer 6 months in and I didn’t get the wage until 2 years into the job
