No pressure in the sense of the outcome of the success. Prior to 2020, there was more opportunity for professional growth.

Cons

Lack of communication. The overall objective is not expressed but assumed. I felt there were issues with trust. Not as a whole but within the coaching staff.

-nice coworkers -attire can be pretty casual
