Like at any company, even if it's toxic, there are some good people. Salaries are terrible.

Management is toxic. They trust generative AI more than the people with 10+ years of experience. I've never seen someone pass off so much AI as their own work before in my life. I felt like I was actively getting dumber dealing with that. They micromanage in a way that makes you feel like they don't trust you (even though they say it's just 'passion'). Retention is poor for a reason. They make you sign an offer letter within 24 hours, and if you don't sign even faster than that I've seen them be rescinded. They love to do bait and switch, make a role go permanent to contract at the offer stage, change job responsibilities on the fly, change goals and quotas without clear direction. Do not work here if you value your mental health and ability to grow/learn. I also saw blatant ageism and misogyny go unchecked, but clever enough that it would be difficult to file with the EEOC.
