Honestly can't think of one, working here has been absolutely amazing! You have to be ready to be part of a startup. If you are ready to put in the work and see the results this is the place for you.

Hybrid, flexible work environment, opportunities since a lot of people are leaving.

Cons

Nobody was given the chance to speak up what they think and how they feel, so most of the time people just hold it in until they couldn’t take the stress anymore and then leave without notice! The employee turnover is really high here.
