Pros
Competitive pay and work/life balance is generally good.
Cons
- A LOT - CEO’s Leadership Style: Controlling, micromanages, and a "bully." Often talks down employees, makes negative comments, and lacks trust in his team, constantly overstepping their expertise - Lack of Autonomy: You will have little to no decision-making power and will be forced to wait for approval from the CEO for nearly everything. This leads to delays, strained client relationships, and a stressful work environment - Toxic Work Culture: There is a pervasive culture of fear and poor communication. Very high turnover (never seen anything like it), micromanagement, and inconsistent policies (like changing bonus structures) are common. It's crystal clear that most people hate working here - Management Issues: The company is very disorganized - You are often left in the dark about key decisions, like layoffs, compensation changes, and company direction. The CEO and CTO are massive bottlenecks, and there’s little transparency or actionable feedback.
