Pros
Really good work/life balance. Great leadership from both founding partners. Fun place to work. Great benefits but my favorite, food service to the office :o)
Cons
Little training, but in my opinion, don't join unless you're ready to rock it as it is a fast-paced environment, which if you can keep up, is very rewarding and you'll end up with OJT anyway.
