Everyone on the team doesn’t get treated the same. If you are not a favorite you will not be treated the same.

Pros

Great work life balance. Very flexible with appointments or other needs outside of the office. Great benefits (PTO, medical, etc.) Lots of company events and free lunches are a bonus. Company is great to work for overall. Very easy to scale your way up and they push you to grow. Love the culture as well.

Cons

Most of the work we do can be done from home but do not offer WFH. Pay is not that much compared to other banks.
