When I was hired for the position posted on the website, I was excited to have the opportunity to work in the field I had been hoping for. I was looking forward to fixing computers for clients with high quality and assurance. During the initial days, I underwent training to learn the procedures for the job. After the training period, I was on my own. Using my experience and the training I had received, my goal was to ensure that the computers I worked on met the customers' expectations and provided them with the quality service they paid for It's hard to explain what happened after the training. I was working on the computers, and the managers kept yelling at me, claiming that I wasn't following instructions, even though I was. They even gave me a warning. I was the only one trying to finish the job and was stressed. I reported my problems, but the management didn't seem to care and ignored my concerns. Technology isn't perfect, and we had a lot of network failures that caused issues with the imaging process. Sometimes, someone would reboot the server during the imaging process, which meant we had to start over. The image wasn't updated, so we had to do it ourselves. Even with all of these problems, I was still getting yelled at by the managers. We experienced several downtime with the connection between the computers and the server. The managers hold meetings with us, but they are often unproductive as they do not provide the necessary information we need. This results in a waste of our time. Additionally, the managers lack leadership skills and do not provide proper guidance. On a related note, I offered to help some of my colleagues since I had some free time, but they declined, wanting to handle their workload independently. As a technician, I believed we should have helped each other whenever necessary. Despite all my hard work and dedication, it wasn’t enjoyable to be let go as a technician. I tried to convince my superiors to give me another chance, but they refused. It's frustrating that the customers who visit the company have no idea how poorly it is being run. There is no respect for each other, and everyone seems only concerned about their work. I even offered my help to another technician, but he declined. A trustworthy technician should always be willing to help their colleagues to get the job done. Unfortunately, I did not see this attitude in my former colleagues. All they care about is the quantity of work being done without giving much thought to the quality of the work. If this continues, the computers that the customers receive will be of poor quality. I believe that this company needs to make a lot of improvements. It would be beneficial for customers to witness the company's work firsthand by making an unannounced visit. To the applicants: Be careful when applying to this company as they have shown no respect to employees, and you may be fired within a year. Take this warning seriously.
