I've been in the investment industry for over 30 years, and fortunately 15 years ago found PlanMember. For both senior executives and new comers to this industry, I've experienced this company to be a place that encourages a team approach while recognizing and rewarding quality individual effort. People like working here....that was something that struck me when I interviewed 15 years ago. And that positive culture remains intact. Many people have been here for 10-20 even 30 years. That wouldn't happen unless this was a good place to work. And adding in flexible work hours, walks on the beach during breaks, benefits and paid vacations, and a lot more....makes it a great place.
