The service center is a great place to start in the financial services industry but I’m sorry you feel the salary and company culture are not right for you. This quarter PlanMember introduced an engagement platform called TINYPulse to survey and “take the pulse” of employees on multiple issues including employee satisfaction. We will use the insights to better define company values, strengthen morale and improve interdepartmental communication and processes. We implemented relaxed business attire for the entire summer and now have fun leisure activities around the office.
