Not much room for growth unless you are white. The minorities are there for years with no promotion and they bring in white people who get promoted fast with same education and less experience. Literally no black people work there. Minorities with degrees have been referred to the mail room. The pay is not competitive and the trade off is they pay for coffee and creamers.
