      Pros

      Great people, great culture! A company who walks the walk, and cares about it's people while still being accountable to success! PlanSource's culture is family-centric, fun-centric, with a little bit of sports in there as well. People have a mindset of good intentions, and work together to get things done. This is a FANTASTIC place to work!

      Cons

      Really, none. About the only thing to say is we're in the middle of moving from being a small company, to a medium sized company. There are growing pains associated with that, but...that's why they hired us!

      Exciting company culture and fast paced. Management wants their employees to succeed and thrive.

      Cons

      Some leadership changes towards the end of my work there, but it seems like that has been smoothed out.

      - Industry Exposure - Networking Opps - Good Team Morale - Strong Marketing Investment - Fun Corporate Events

      Cons

      - Business shifts are volatile based on whatever Vista wants - Ebbs and flows from net new logo to in-house revenue gen based on culture for that year - Seldom true 'leaders' if any at all - Classic corporate politics runs the show
