      Pros

      A company that cares about it's employees. The HR team plans fun events. A major perk for me is that my director allows me to work from home or come to the office.

      Cons

      Releasing products before they are 100% ready for customer use. There is a lot of clean-up that follows as well as soothing clients who are frustrated in response.

      Exciting company culture and fast paced. Management wants their employees to succeed and thrive.

      Cons

      Some leadership changes towards the end of my work there, but it seems like that has been smoothed out.

      - Industry Exposure - Networking Opps - Good Team Morale - Strong Marketing Investment - Fun Corporate Events

      Cons

      - Business shifts are volatile based on whatever Vista wants - Ebbs and flows from net new logo to in-house revenue gen based on culture for that year - Seldom true 'leaders' if any at all - Classic corporate politics runs the show
