      Exciting times - growing and fast paced environment with a great team.

      Cons

      Remote offices can be challenging sometimes to get to know everyone, but we do a lot of video conferencing which helps!

      Some leadership changes towards the end of my work there, but it seems like that has been smoothed out.

      - Business shifts are volatile based on whatever Vista wants - Ebbs and flows from net new logo to in-house revenue gen based on culture for that year - Seldom true 'leaders' if any at all - Classic corporate politics runs the show
