      Pros

      This is a small work environment with a great team of employees. As an employee, you get the benefits of working remotely and they keep the kitchen stocked with snacks. This company is more than just your average job this is a family.

      None at this time. The company is doing great!

      Exciting company culture and fast paced. Management wants their employees to succeed and thrive.

      Cons

      Some leadership changes towards the end of my work there, but it seems like that has been smoothed out.

      - Business shifts are volatile based on whatever Vista wants - Ebbs and flows from net new logo to in-house revenue gen based on culture for that year - Seldom true 'leaders' if any at all - Classic corporate politics runs the show
