Thank you so much for sharing your feedback about PlanSource's culture! I am very pleased to hear that you are feeling the "family feel" culture that has been built by all of our amazing employees - yourself included! As we are in a period of rapid growth, we realize that change is not something that can happen overnight; moreover, as you've highlighted, this can sometimes create apprehension. PlanSource is currently initiating many changes in order to grow and scale as an organization and we are working to be more transparent along the way through monthly town hall meetings. Thank you again for taking the time to provide your feedback, we are glad you are on the team!

Pros

Exciting company culture and fast paced. Management wants their employees to succeed and thrive.

Cons

Some leadership changes towards the end of my work there, but it seems like that has been smoothed out.

Pros

- Industry Exposure - Networking Opps - Good Team Morale - Strong Marketing Investment - Fun Corporate Events

Cons

- Business shifts are volatile based on whatever Vista wants - Ebbs and flows from net new logo to in-house revenue gen based on culture for that year - Seldom true 'leaders' if any at all - Classic corporate politics runs the show
