      I gave a interview in PlanSource Bangalore India for EDI Analyst and get selected in assessment ,HR and then Technical and then they ask me to share document after sharing the documents they are saying you are not shortlisted for further process. I have all qualification for this role. Only thing I want to know why I got rejection from PlanSource after clearing all necessary round

      Exciting company culture and fast paced. Management wants their employees to succeed and thrive.

      Cons

      Some leadership changes towards the end of my work there, but it seems like that has been smoothed out.

      - Industry Exposure - Networking Opps - Good Team Morale - Strong Marketing Investment - Fun Corporate Events

      Cons

      - Business shifts are volatile based on whatever Vista wants - Ebbs and flows from net new logo to in-house revenue gen based on culture for that year - Seldom true 'leaders' if any at all - Classic corporate politics runs the show
