      Pros

      Good culture, good training, nice people. I liked it there.

      Cons

      Pay is not competitive, and raises are tiny or non existent, so they are losing great employees all the time.

      Exciting company culture and fast paced. Management wants their employees to succeed and thrive.

      Cons

      Some leadership changes towards the end of my work there, but it seems like that has been smoothed out.

      - Industry Exposure - Networking Opps - Good Team Morale - Strong Marketing Investment - Fun Corporate Events

      Cons

      - Business shifts are volatile based on whatever Vista wants - Ebbs and flows from net new logo to in-house revenue gen based on culture for that year - Seldom true 'leaders' if any at all - Classic corporate politics runs the show
