Pros

The people I work with on a daily basis have the same passion and commitment to improving healthcare that I do. We are all committed to delivering a phenomenal benefits experience for our customers and end-users. Innovation is valued and opinions are heard. The CEO even knows everyone's name and truly goes out of his way to recognize individual contributions. The culture is one of collaboration; compensation is competitive and the opportunity for the platform is beyond measure. This organization really will transform healthcare!

Cons

PlanSource is growing. If you aren't comfortable with typical growing pains, this isn't the place for you. The operating disciplines are sound; marketing is coming online and it will continue to grow.

Pros

Exciting company culture and fast paced. Management wants their employees to succeed and thrive.

Cons

Some leadership changes towards the end of my work there, but it seems like that has been smoothed out.

Pros

- Industry Exposure - Networking Opps - Good Team Morale - Strong Marketing Investment - Fun Corporate Events

Cons

- Business shifts are volatile based on whatever Vista wants - Ebbs and flows from net new logo to in-house revenue gen based on culture for that year - Seldom true 'leaders' if any at all - Classic corporate politics runs the show
