Pros

My coworkers were great! Love them and loved working with them.

Cons

Pay is awful! I thought my pay was decent and when the company did an audit of my pay they said I was within the industry standards. And then I got offered multiple jobs paying over $30K more a year on the base with significantly higher bonuses. When I told them I was leaving the said that my new salary was out of market for my position and instead of countering they offered me a stay bonus and some extra time off. My advice to employees is to know your worth and know that you are expendable. I also just found out that they are stiffing me on my Q4 bonus. Giving me half of what I was owed. On top of that, when I reached out to finance and HR they were unable to tell me why I didn't qualify for my full bonus. They told me to go to my manager, who became the manager a week before I left the company. One of my last projects saved the company over$30K and this is how they thanked me for my service.

Pros

Exciting company culture and fast paced. Management wants their employees to succeed and thrive.

Cons

Some leadership changes towards the end of my work there, but it seems like that has been smoothed out.

Pros

- Industry Exposure - Networking Opps - Good Team Morale - Strong Marketing Investment - Fun Corporate Events

Cons

- Business shifts are volatile based on whatever Vista wants - Ebbs and flows from net new logo to in-house revenue gen based on culture for that year - Seldom true 'leaders' if any at all - Classic corporate politics runs the show
