      Pros

      Plansource was once the most amazing company to work for in Utah! A place you'd be willing to stick your neck out for & defend. A home away from home. Dream job.

      Cons

      Vista came in & destroyed everything that was Plansource. Massive layoffs (before COVID was even a thing), including leadership & employees who had been there 10+ years. All of that knowledge & experience gone, just like that. C-Level leadership continues to blame changes on the hardships of the pandemic & will forever stand by that blame. It's disappointing & heartbreaking to see the Plansource of today. My heart goes out to those that have stayed. There are so many better options out there. Know your worth, because Plansource doesn't.

      Exciting company culture and fast paced. Management wants their employees to succeed and thrive.

      Cons

      Some leadership changes towards the end of my work there, but it seems like that has been smoothed out.

      - Industry Exposure - Networking Opps - Good Team Morale - Strong Marketing Investment - Fun Corporate Events

      Cons

      - Business shifts are volatile based on whatever Vista wants - Ebbs and flows from net new logo to in-house revenue gen based on culture for that year - Seldom true 'leaders' if any at all - Classic corporate politics runs the show
