      - Work/life balance is hard to come by. - Perfect semi-entry level position to jump start a career in the benefits administration industry. - Great department managers (as of July 3, 2022).

      Cons

      - Compensation is much less than industry standard. - Promotions are slow or non-existent. - Benefits package is subpar for benefits administration company.

      Exciting company culture and fast paced. Management wants their employees to succeed and thrive.

      Cons

      Some leadership changes towards the end of my work there, but it seems like that has been smoothed out.

      - Industry Exposure - Networking Opps - Good Team Morale - Strong Marketing Investment - Fun Corporate Events

      Cons

      - Business shifts are volatile based on whatever Vista wants - Ebbs and flows from net new logo to in-house revenue gen based on culture for that year - Seldom true 'leaders' if any at all - Classic corporate politics runs the show
