      - No heirarchy - Good benefits - Work life harmony - Flexiblity - Growth and industry standard compensation - Vista portfolio company

      Cons

      Although i dint find any Cons in my personal experience but the training support can be better since the core business is about US benefits and one needs to be proactive to learn so as to understand the product

      Exciting company culture and fast paced. Management wants their employees to succeed and thrive.

      Cons

      Some leadership changes towards the end of my work there, but it seems like that has been smoothed out.

      - Industry Exposure - Networking Opps - Good Team Morale - Strong Marketing Investment - Fun Corporate Events

      Cons

      - Business shifts are volatile based on whatever Vista wants - Ebbs and flows from net new logo to in-house revenue gen based on culture for that year - Seldom true 'leaders' if any at all - Classic corporate politics runs the show
