Pros

Unlimited pto, remote work. The coworkers are good for the most part

Cons

Unlimited pto is a recent change that came about because so many people were leaving, changing to “unlimited” was a way to not have to pay out unused pto. The work is boring. Anything new or fun is getting sent to the India teams to work on, with us coming in to fix the inevitable bugs, through no fault of their own. The india team just doesn’t know or understand the industry. The QA team is rough. They’re either very good, or don’t know even the basics of testing and there is no in between. The C Suite doesn’t know or care about the issues, it’s honestly sad to see the change from before vista came in. In short, it’s a huge change from what the company used to be just a few years ago before it was sold to vista, most of the changes for the worse. It’s a good place if you are just starting out in your career but I can’t recommend it in its current state

Pros

Exciting company culture and fast paced. Management wants their employees to succeed and thrive.

Cons

Some leadership changes towards the end of my work there, but it seems like that has been smoothed out.

Pros

- Industry Exposure - Networking Opps - Good Team Morale - Strong Marketing Investment - Fun Corporate Events

Cons

- Business shifts are volatile based on whatever Vista wants - Ebbs and flows from net new logo to in-house revenue gen based on culture for that year - Seldom true 'leaders' if any at all - Classic corporate politics runs the show
