      The people I work with are talented, kind hearted and hard working!

      Cons

      Some things come up last minute and there is a scramble to make it happen. However, that has happened at every company I have worked for so, it's just part of life.

      Some leadership changes towards the end of my work there, but it seems like that has been smoothed out.

      Cons

      - Business shifts are volatile based on whatever Vista wants - Ebbs and flows from net new logo to in-house revenue gen based on culture for that year - Seldom true 'leaders' if any at all - Classic corporate politics runs the show
