Pros
The organization provides a good service for women's health care, they do their best to prevent unwanted pregnancies and educate the public to prevent the spread of veneral diseases
Cons
They micro-manage and there are things falling by the wayside because they are so focused on minutiae. This is because upper management is insecure and therefore feels that they must control everything. They've hired their friends and former co-workers which makes it impossible to be treated fairly. They let people go without providing proof of their transgression. They are into the employees personal business. I could go on and on, but they have seriously let this place get into the hands of the wrong people and made it a nightmare to work there.
