Pros
- Seem to try and do what they think is best - Growing in Chicago - Cheap soda - Promote work/life balance
Cons
- Management seems to be making decisions based on outdated logic and with a focus on what will benefit the few, especially those at the top - Promote work/life balance, but this seems to be a lot of talk and definitely not a reality among my co-workers - We made Fortune's best place to work list! Here is a $5 gift card! - Always tell you how great a place it is to work, but in reality, it just isn't that great unless you enjoy hardcore corporate culture and a complete lack of focus on employee day-to-day work life for the betterment of the firms growth/profit - Technology. The people who are making the decisions with technology are old, no better way to put it. Their decisions are laughable and are based on logic from the early 2000's (what is this scary, risky thing called e-mail!?) - Very little ability to make changes, despite employee's and certain management recognizing a great need for change in certain areas, nothing seems to get done, at least timely - Do not take others point of views in consideration, very centralized, top heavy decision making - Never felt as if management shared the values of the employees working there
