      Pros

      Plante and Moran has a great work life balance, they really seem to be in tune with their employees. flex time is great.

      Cons

      The pay can be a little low compared to other firms. They do not pay for maternity leave at all, it all comes from your PTO time, and once PTO is gone you have to take unpaid time.
