Pros
I have worked other places before and find Plante Moran to be unique in the wealth management space. The investment in staff to help them grow their careers is second to none. You really own your career here. Wonderful colleagues who focus on serving clients and growing our own careers.
Cons
The Plante Moran culture is strong, and that can be overwhelming if used to a different type of firm. There is an emphasis on growth, which is mostly exciting, but can be challenging at times. Cross-serving amongst different groups is solid but can be better.
