Pros

Company is just starting to bud into its Big Corporate skin, but it still feels like an "Austin" company. Everyone is very professional, hardworking, and friendly. I have been here 3 years and so far no bad apples have jarred me from my position on that. More stuff: -Changes recently have been fast and exciting. -They have a confident hold on their client base. -Management is loyal and accommodating to your needs. -Relaxed schedules and no punch cards. -The company will remain relevant for a long time if its rate of change stays this constant.

Cons

Might be a little more slow/corporate than your millennial or younger generation worker is looking for (some people call that stability). Planview's code won't turn any heads, but it is pretty agile at least.

Pros

The team culture was incredible. Managers were very open and encouraging to explore new technologies and development processes. It was a very collaborative culture where engineers would often collaborate on solutions to complex problems which was especially nice given the displacement between all of the remote members of the team.

Cons

Outside of the team level, organization prioritization struggled. One day the stated priority might be one thing then the following day it would suddenly change. I would describe it as 'chasing a shiny object' instead of a thought out vision for what the project should be when it's complete.
