Pros

Having a salary; that’s all I can think of that would validate this place.

Cons

-Racist -Toxic -Cliques -Bullies -Will make you do work you are not hired for This company tried to get this review taken down but I 100000% stand behind it And fueled to make sure these words stay. I will not be silent. They made my time there miserable and now I get to tell my truth! In fact it was so toxic it has taken my two years to recover from work PTSD and severe anxiety

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback. We take these concerns seriously. At Planview, we've continued to support remote work and have never required employees to return to the office. We do value purposeful in-person connection and look for opportunities bring people together, but working and coming into an office is a completely voluntary option. We are proud of our progress on DEI and success of our Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) but recognize the need to continually improve. We hope to discuss your experiences further, please email us at: HRFeedback@planview.com so we can continue the conversation. -GVP, Talent

Pros

The team culture was incredible. Managers were very open and encouraging to explore new technologies and development processes. It was a very collaborative culture where engineers would often collaborate on solutions to complex problems which was especially nice given the displacement between all of the remote members of the team.

Cons

Outside of the team level, organization prioritization struggled. One day the stated priority might be one thing then the following day it would suddenly change. I would describe it as 'chasing a shiny object' instead of a thought out vision for what the project should be when it's complete.
