Pros

Only employee benefits like gym and smaller stuff. Pretty office

Cons

Worst management and micromanaging sales managers I have ever seen. Managers back stab each other, don't help their team and cause a lot of stress to Sales people. Other managers go behind others backs to get promoted. So much pressure on your teams no wonder Account managers leave.

Thank you for taking the time to share your review. We take feedback like this seriously, and this behavior would go against our values. We have followed up with leaders from this team to discuss further. The leaders on our SDR team and across Sales Leadership take pride in building an organization of integrity and support. We have developed a culture of coaching and collaboration to help our teams succeed using resources like our Value Framework, Chorus and 15FIVE so leaders and their teams communicate and coach each other effectively. In our most recent engagement survey, our SDR team was one of the highest scoring teams across the business. We have high expectations for our sales team, but our solution positioning offers significant potential for team members which makes onboarding, coaching and continued support very important to us at Planview. If there is additional feedback you'd like to share, please email: HRfeedback@planview.com

Pros

The team culture was incredible. Managers were very open and encouraging to explore new technologies and development processes. It was a very collaborative culture where engineers would often collaborate on solutions to complex problems which was especially nice given the displacement between all of the remote members of the team.

Cons

Outside of the team level, organization prioritization struggled. One day the stated priority might be one thing then the following day it would suddenly change. I would describe it as 'chasing a shiny object' instead of a thought out vision for what the project should be when it's complete.
