Decent benefits, easy work, nice coworkers

Cons

Planview offers little to no pathways for career development. The execs are pretty unlikeable and seem to mostly promote eachother.

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback. We're happy to hear you were satisfied with your benefits and the relationships with co-workers. One of our strategic focus areas is Strengthening our Talent Culture. We recognize the desire for clear development and career opportunities. Our teams have been working on a robust Career Framework being built across Planview - which rolling out in early 2024! As we grow the business, it is just as important to retain individuals and provide internal mobility opportunities as it is to attract the right new talent to Planview. We are hiring across many teams globally; and a large number of those roles will be added in Austin, Vancouver, Israel and across Europe. Aligning our teams to support the growth of the business while investing in critical areas continues to be a strategic focus for us as we move into the new year. If you have any additional feedback to share, please email: HRFeedback@Planview.com

Pros

The team culture was incredible. Managers were very open and encouraging to explore new technologies and development processes. It was a very collaborative culture where engineers would often collaborate on solutions to complex problems which was especially nice given the displacement between all of the remote members of the team.

Cons

Outside of the team level, organization prioritization struggled. One day the stated priority might be one thing then the following day it would suddenly change. I would describe it as 'chasing a shiny object' instead of a thought out vision for what the project should be when it's complete.
