Thank you for your thoughtful review and for highlighting the strengths of Planview. We're thrilled to hear your positive feedback on company culture, solutions, and career opportunities! It's true that our roots are in the US, but we're excited to share that our global presence is growing rapidly. We've grown in EMEA, and have momentum in APAC, specifically in key markets like India and ANZ. These efforts reflect our commitment to building the future of connected work globally. We understand that enterprise sales can take time. Our sales cycles depend on a variety of factors including the complexity of the customer's needs. While cycles can be lengthy, we focus on building long-term relationships and delivering value throughout the process, which ensures the best outcomes for both parties.

Pros

The team culture was incredible. Managers were very open and encouraging to explore new technologies and development processes. It was a very collaborative culture where engineers would often collaborate on solutions to complex problems which was especially nice given the displacement between all of the remote members of the team.

Cons

Outside of the team level, organization prioritization struggled. One day the stated priority might be one thing then the following day it would suddenly change. I would describe it as 'chasing a shiny object' instead of a thought out vision for what the project should be when it's complete.
