      Cash bonuses twice a year for all employees that worked during that period (quantity depending on sales) Standard PTO and sick leave, understanding management Encourage and support training towards promotion/certifications Strong rapport between managers and employees Office employees cover for warehouse during breaks

      Significant pay gap between hourly office and warehouse staff Political climate of office may not be welcoming to those of differing opinion Heavy workload means little relaxation, lots of time on your feet

      Pros

      Most people are great to work with, the ownership seems to genuinely care about their employees and pay is fair. Most of the work is not very hard. Overall, I feel Plastic Ingenuity is a great place to work considering it is a manufacturing company.

      Cons

      The company is growing and it seems the family atmosphere and benefits are slowly changing with a more corporate and lean approach. The Cross Plains plant, "Hands Down" is the best plant to work. I have been to Mazomanie and it is not nearly as enjoyable to work at. There is a disconnect in culture and communication amongst management between the two plants.
