Most people are great to work with, the ownership seems to genuinely care about their employees and pay is fair. Most of the work is not very hard. Overall, I feel Plastic Ingenuity is a great place to work considering it is a manufacturing company.

The company is growing and it seems the family atmosphere and benefits are slowly changing with a more corporate and lean approach. The Cross Plains plant, "Hands Down" is the best plant to work. I have been to Mazomanie and it is not nearly as enjoyable to work at. There is a disconnect in culture and communication amongst management between the two plants.
