Great benefits somewhat decent vacation good coworkers.

Cons

Terrible management. From hourly management to upper management. Changed vacation policy and really hurt a lot of long term employees that were about to get a lump sum of vacation had to work a whole another year to accrue it.

Pros

Most people are great to work with, the ownership seems to genuinely care about their employees and pay is fair. Most of the work is not very hard. Overall, I feel Plastic Ingenuity is a great place to work considering it is a manufacturing company.

Cons

The company is growing and it seems the family atmosphere and benefits are slowly changing with a more corporate and lean approach. The Cross Plains plant, "Hands Down" is the best plant to work. I have been to Mazomanie and it is not nearly as enjoyable to work at. There is a disconnect in culture and communication amongst management between the two plants.
