Pros
the best reasons to work at Sony Platstation are: flexible hours, brand recognition, great benefits package for full & part time employees, free stuff, nice pay scale.
Cons
downsides of working at Playstation are the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing and causes confusion in the field. HQ employees seem to be condescending to field employees. Unfair promotions for women and especially older women. Seems to be a "good ole boys" club run by one person.
