Pros
Wonderful grounds, lot of greenery, very fun culture, management provides lots of goodies for employees. Group of developers some of the nicest I've worked with. Quiet office, nice flexible schedule.
Cons
Pay was low compared to others, but that's my fault for accepting it in the long run.
