Manager was not very supportive when dealing with difficult residents

*The individuals who actually own the company seem to care but do not seem to be kept in the loop.

*Minimal support at best *Not all houses are treated equally *Not enough training *No accountability for fellow employees to work well together *Incredibly low salary given what is expected of the job.
