Pros
The workers at Plethora are amazing people to work with. There are strong bonds between members on the production team, making it feel enjoyble to come to work. Great mentors are also around to teach those less experienced, as well as help is always readily available from coworkers.
Cons
Plethora is still in the process of gathering enough members for the production team, therefore a lot has changed since within the 5 months I have worked here. Processes are still being developed and consolidated, resulting in constant adjustments and shifts in the workflow.
