Pros
Good team working to fix real world problems. Great overall vision and good VC funding. Dogpatch is a hot neighborhood to work in.
Cons
Though the team I have the pleasure to work with is great our management and overall leadership of the company is lacking maturity and ability. Treatment of employees are degrading and overall operations is missing all efficiencies.
