Pros
Really authentic, smart, fun people and transparent leadership. I've only been here for a few months and it's changing every day (in a good way!). People seem really comfortable to be themselves at work, and I feel heard and valued too, so all around I'm happy here. I also really appreciate that leadership acknowledges where there've been problems and issues, and it seems like they're taking active steps to keep evolving things in the right direction. Oh - and we have a dog-friendly office and lots of great benefits. Awesome perks like that help too!
Cons
It's a startup so clearly there're things that still need improvement and the company needs to get more organized. There've been times where it seems like we're moving too fast or being too reactive, but I think that's changing. We're growing and we're hiring really great people, so I feel like the problems we've been having are getting better though.
